Lee Hargreeves stands 174cm (5’8.5”) tall with black hair and dark brown eyes. He has broad shoulders and a slim waist. He is often seen in his usual semi-formal attire consisting of a long sleeved turtle neck, coat, slacks, and oxford shoes. On other days, he wears a button up shirt under a vest. His clothes are usually black and brown but he sometimes likes to experiment on his clothes. Looking presentable at all times is one of his favourite traits.He is often perceived as a person who looks younger than his age but acts and thinks like an old man.

THE PASTOne fine day a lady and her boyfriend were walking on the streets of Seoul. They went up to the Namsan Tower to declare their everlasting love when suddenly the woman felt sore to her stomach— or was it her stomach? In just a minute, her belly expanded like a balloon. She then spent the next seconds crying as if something was crawling out of her womb. Everyone who witnessed the birth of a baby rejoiced, except the mother herself who was definitely not pregnant that morning when the day started.Insert a foreign man wearing a monocle approaching the lady. “The baby in exchange for money,” he told the lady. She did not hesitate to grab the check and give away the unwanted child and responsibility of being a young parent.And that is how Lee Hargreeves started his life.

NUMBER ONELee wasn't just a child with an extraordinary birth. He was pretty advanced, too. At the age of one year, Lee was able to walk and blabber short words that truly amazed his foster father, Sir Reginald Hargreeves. By the age of two, he was already learning his second language and writing.A new kid entered the academy when he was three. The Monocle, Sir Reginald Hargreeves, introduced them as brothers and they started training basic skills together. Lee was then called Number One, and the other kid, Sebastien, was called Number Two. There would be more siblings to find, the Monocle would always remind them.His powers manifested first when they were 4 years old ─── Lee was practising combat with Sir Reginald's trusted assistant, Pogo, when the young boy was able to travel through space.Being number one was never a big deal to Lee. Not even after more siblings came to the academy. He was confident he’d still be Number One, and he was right. Being under the Umbrella Academy's roof, like the other timelines, was a curse to all of them.Training was strict and unfair, rankings were a sign of competitiveness of each child, and different abilities made it difficult for them to always get along with each other. Lee lived up to his number and made sure to be on top of every list.

POST SUPERHERO SHITAfter his brothers left the academy, Lee began to deeply re-evaluate his life, including how his father figure is actually not capable of being one. He then started going against his father's rules, refusing to follow his words and eventually becoming one of the best underground assassins in the timeline.He stayed in the Academy for the sake of keeping his real identity hidden from people who wanted to take revenge on him for being a hitman. When Reginald Hargreeves died, Lee did not assume authority with the house and instead decided to get a Masterals Degree in Physics which he claimed without a sweat.Eventually, Lee was able to get into a research facility where he also became one of the high position researchers in Quantum Physics. He is now temporarily residing in the Philippines after he was relocated to lead a new research facility in said country.

Space-time Manipulation: Lee could manipulate space and time, which allowed him to teleport through space and time, travel through time and even manipulate time.Teleportation: Lee is able to teleport both short and long distances. But despite being able to travel at will, multiple travels within a short time will exhaust him. In addition, Lee can take other people with him when he teleports and is also able to teleport objects without physical contact. (ex. Teleporting his tie around the neck of his enemy)Chronokinesis: Lee has the ability to travel through time. However, he had not yet mastered this ability. He is also able to reverse time by a couple of minutes, undoing the events during that time so that only he remembers them and can alter events.

Master Combatant: Lee is a great combatant even as a child. After being left in the academy, Lee became an assassin in the underground crime world.Master Assassin: Combining his combat skills and powers, Lee can kill multiple people in a matter of seconds. He is one of the most deadly assassins in the underground business.Genius Level Intellect: He is extremely intelligent and perceptive, mostly regarding his tactical and scientific skills.Expert Tactician: Lee is a brilliant tactician capable of quickly formulating battle strategies and new plans if the situation changes, like being able to elaborate different complex plans in order to defeat different enemies in difficult situations, and be victorious.Expert Intimidator: He knows how to be quite intimidating, because of his mental instability and aggressive way of acting he manages to intimidate others.
